Please read this document carefully before using the 9400 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.

By accessing, registering or using the 9400 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 9400 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
The 9400 platform is intended solely for users aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where such services are permitted. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 9400 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining funds.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. 9400 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and account security purposes.
You are fully responsible for the security of your password and all activity that occurs within your account. Please take the following steps to keep your account secure:
- Use a strong, unique password that you don't use on any other platform.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone.
- Always log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
- Contact 9400 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.
Users who violate platform usage rules, engage in fraudulent activity, money laundering or bonus abuse will face action including account suspension without prior notice.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 9400 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users may deposit using supported local payment methods, including online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go e-wallet and bank transfer.
Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by 9400 from time to time. These limits may vary depending on the payment method used and the user's account status.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered under the same user's name. 9400 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to three business days.
Any attempt to commit payment fraud, use unauthorised credit cards or manipulate the transaction system will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action. 9400 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect payment details provided by the user.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

9400 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform — including loss of data, profits or business opportunities. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding service continuity or freedom from technical errors.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 9400 platform — including logos, graphics, user interface elements, text and software code — is the exclusive property of 9400 or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 9400.
Third-Party Links
The 9400 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites for informational purposes. 9400 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those third-party sites. Accessing external sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy & Enforcement
9400 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity or conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform. Account termination decisions are final and may only be appealed through 9400's official customer support channels.
If an account is closed due to a policy violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending an internal investigation and compliance review. Where no violation is found, funds will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.
Users who are inactive for a certain period may be subject to administrative fees or automatic account closure. A notice will be sent to the registered email address before any action is taken.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
9400 reserves the right to modify, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this site. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a relevant authority, that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of the agreement, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the 9400 platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. Users are encouraged to contact 9400 customer support first to resolve any issues before pursuing legal action.
